CSS Normalize

Hello

I'm at the very beginning of the course and I'm currently at the "CSS" section. The instructions ask us to use normalize.css when working in this area, but it doesn't really explain what this normalize.css file is.

I understand that it references this file in my own code, but what exactly is in that file? Who wrote all the code in normalize.css?
