CSS Normalize file

Hi, I've saved the css normalize file to my desktop. Please can someone show me how to link it into my code. I know we've learnt the link code, but I'm not sure how I path it to the desktop in this piece of code?

This is an example link. Hope it can help or maybe you just put it in the same folder as where you put your html file, and simply link it like css/normalize.css.
