CSS Overlapping Scroll Effect

Hey i wanted to know how this effect made in line25.com.
When scrolling down the main content overlaps the header.
i tried making the header's position fixed and giving the main content a heigher z-index that didnt work, any ideas ?

Never mind, i fixed that.
I was giving the main content z-index value without the position property so it wont take effect. thanks myself for answering!
