Css style effects only the first letter

Hello,

I have imported a Google Font by adding a link line to header.php file. The font style seems to effect only the first letter of the web site main name (#ci-site-title). The issue is seen when using Safari browser and also IE (according to web site testers). Chrome and Firefox are fine.

Why this is happening?

Hello,

I am not an expert but if you try adding the normalize.css file onto your site it might help reduce your browser incompatibilities. If you google it you should find the file and you add it as a separate style sheet.

Hope that this helps.

Normalize file to WordPress site? That's something unheard. Do you think it will work? Maybe WordPress has some normalize plugins...
