CSS Switching

I want the user to switich to the alternative cssees if they wish, does anyone know know to do this??

I'm not sure if it's possible to do using only CSS, but here's a SitePoint tutorial that shows you how to do it using JavaScript:

There are other ways as well using a server-side language like PHP.
