CSS Transitions Badge in the Wrong Order?

Hey Staff, Moderators, and anyone else that is apart of the Treehouse Team;

I was doing the Transitions and Transforms badge, and had a hard time doing the code challenge. I researched some stuff and passed. But now, I'm doing the Transitions part 2 video and noticed that the stuff that they have you do in the code challenge is what they teach you in part two, not part 1.

Is it just me, or is this badge out of order?
