Hi there I'm learing CSS:Transitions & Transforms,these technology really useful to make some interactions easily.But i'm little bit concern about browser supporting issue,some of browsers doesn't support CSS:Transitions & Transforms.It's really sad news for me. I just want to know what's the future of Transitions & Transforms?Should i continue to learn Transitions & Transforms?

243,656 PointsUnless you're concerned about support on Opera Mini, I think you can relax and enjoy employing transitions and transforms, as they are both supported in all other current browsers. You can confirm this with the excellent resource Karolin mentioned.
Also be aware that IE11 only partially supports the 3D transforms. But with awareness of the restrictions you can use that also.
Opera mini deliberately does not support these or many other common CSS features because of size concerns in the tiny devices it runs on. But you can probably count on it declining in use with the increased capacity of new devices. As that happens, the support for transitions and transforms will very likely continue to increase from the 95% of all browsers today to 100% in the near future.
