Custom Theme Not Appearing As An Option

Hi, I am setting up a custom WP theme. I am following the video exactly, and used the css tags from the project downloads. My theme is not appearing as an option. I am connecting my files thru FileZilla. My css tags are:

""" /* Theme Name: Rios Property Group Theme URI: http://riospropertygroup.com/ Description: Rios Property Group Author: Angelina Marie Author URI: http://angelina-marie.com/ Version: 1.0.0 Tags: light, dark, two-columns, right-sidebar, responsive-layout, accessibility-ready */

"""

Is there any "Broken Theme" message showing up toward the bottom of the Appearance > Themes selection page?

No, there is no mention of broken or added themes.

If you haven't already, I would try uploading the entire Treehouse project theme files (keeping folders intact) via FTP to your Wordpress/wp-content/themes/ folder and see if the Treehouse project theme shows up. If not, there might be a permissions issue with your FTP account.
