Custom View Cell Layout

I can not figure out why my custom cell is not showing up in the correct place. I place my label in the middle of the custom cell and it does not appear. When I add vertical constraint, it finally shows up but it is way off to the left side of the screen and it looks like the other cell is on top of it.

PS. Tried embedding image into here directly and kept getting blue "x".
