Cyber Duck

trying to upload my files on cyber duck when i try and create a folder for the www it tells me that user does not have sufficient permissions to perform the operation. does anybody know what the hell this means? using a windows 7

that mean the account your using mostly only read options. check the rights for the account your using. some ftp client specify an option for folder creation and deletion.
