Cyberduck Error: Connection Failed

I've been trying to access my ftp via Cyberduck but I can't. In the past it always worked but ever since I moved to another country I can't log in. I get the following message:

'' Network Error: Connection failed Connection refused. ''

I've tried to find an answer on the internet but was unable to...! :)

There's really a lot that could be going on here. The best suggestion i can give you is to contact an administrator for whatever server you are trying to connect to and see if they can walk you through it. Alternatively you could try contacting your ISP and see if they have heard similar problems.
