Dashboards - Wordpress

Hi there...

I'm trying to create the following solutions. I received referrals e-mails from possible clients which it already has a template in the e-mail such as Name, Last Name, Service Interested, etc. I would like to display that same date on a dashboard were I could automatically assigned them by account # in order to match with the sales rep. Also the dashboard should have the capability of creating different roles and users. Also, the different roles should access differente information.

  1. How could I put the information of an e-mail (form) into another form that will be at a site?

  2. If so, how can I put that information into a dashboard?

  3. How to create different users/pass (authentication) and define profiles.
