Database on Web - What track should I follow ?

I have a relational database built on access, but I'm planing to move everything to a website. I know I have to begin from scratch and that is why I'm following the Front End Web Development track... but beyond that, should I take the PHP Development, Rails Development or Full Stack JavaScript track ? I'm familiar with basics SQL but what's the next best move ?

I only have experience in Java, but I can recommend it for ORM integration when you use Hibernate and Spring. I don't know that you can go wrong with any of the above; I just couldn't say which is necessarily the best.
