Databases Python: Getting error that the programme doesn't know the database

Hi I'm trying to create a little phonebook database programme I have a phonebook class, a main class and a phonebookDB(the model)

When i run my programme everything works but when i call the add method i get the error that i't doesn't know the database..

Can anybody help me?
