Did you make sure you saved the document after you edited it? CTRL + S should save it. Then click the preview button.

I modified and saved this but it still didn't change in the preview.

You probably already figured it by now but just in case someone else needs an answer, instead of using control S I went to file and pressed Save and then went to preview and it worked. Control S didn't work for me for some reason. Hope this helps!
