Debugger is slow

When I try using the Step Over button in the debugger, it would take quite a while to complete the action. It says "The application is running" and I have to wait for around a minute for it to move to the next line of code. Is this because my computer is slow or is there another reason it's behaving like this?

Check the Mask Manager or System Monitor depend on your OS for fix the problem of slow .
