debugger loads even on 'localhost:8080'

I have this issue where going to localhost:8080 gives me the debugger interface instead of main route I was expecting. Going to localhost:8080/?port=5858 also loads the debugger.

While I know I can fix this by restarting both node inspector and nodemon, this seems a hassle.

starting node inspector by:

node-inspector

starting nodemon by:

nodemon --debug src/app.js
