declaring currentTime as an optional does not help if the call to 'dataStringFromUnixTime' is not last step in Init()

just declaring currentTime as an optional does not help if you still call dataStringFromUnixTime() before initializing all other member variables.

why is this?

Im getting the error - "variable self.temperature used before being initialized
