Degree?

It seems like everywhere i look they want a Degree.....can i hired with only Treehouse training?

Hey Douglas,

From what I have observed people just like to know that you know what you are doing. This is why most companies want to see that you have a degree which shows 'you know what you are doing'.

When it comes to getting hired with only treehouse training, I believe it is plausible but I feel that the company would be more likely to hire you if you have multiple projects under your belt.

I am interviewing and getting a lot of interest for rails development jobs and my degree is in political science. I did attend a web app / rails dev bootcamp, though. Most just want to see what you can do, so push your projects to github and heroku.
