del command

how to use the del command?

delete.py
current_count = 14
planned = 5
upcoming_releases = 2
del(planned)

Obi:

Correct. You have set a value of 5 to a variable named planned. By using the Del keyword on the planned variable, it no longer exists. You can test this by trying to print planned now. When you do, you'll get a NameError which is Python's way of telling you it doesn't exist.
