im lost, kindly help how do i delete a variable using the del keyword

delete.py
current_count = 14
planned = 5
upcoming_releases = 2
del("planned")

Since "del" is a statement keyword and not a function, you won't need to enclose the argument in parentheses. It's also important not to put variable names in quotes (in general, not just for "del").

Quotes create a literal string, which represents the name itself instead of the variable.
