Just be a little patient. Sometimes we rely on the speed of which technology has advanced us that we forget that on the other side are humans also. Sometimes there are delays that are out of our power. Maybe take the time to practice what you have learnt while you are waiting for a response that more suits your situation. Also, forums is probably not the best place to start discussions based on financial matters. I doubt it will speed up any process.
