I accidentally deleted the home files on Cyberduck that are necessary for the hosting to work. I need to get these files restored but I have no idea how. My site cannot be hosted now and it is a very big problem. Please advise!

This would be a question that you need to direct towards your hosting provider as they would either need to restore a backup and re-generate your hosting account.
