Deleting files in terminal

Hi all, When I first downloaded sublime it was perfect, however after playing around with it loads and installing loads of packages I seemed to have murdered some of the features and its driving me mad.

I am only just started using terminal.

I am in this location, as suggested here

https://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/revert.html on OS X

How do I delete my files? what is the command?

this is what I see

/Users/will/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3
āžœ Sublime Text 3 ls
Cache Installed Packages Packages
Index Local
