Deleting lines of .CSS but nothing changes in preview.

I have a .CSS file linked to an .html file. Been using it to style the web page for a few days without issue. Now when I add/delete lines in the .CSS the preview remains the same. I tried deleting everything in the .CSS file and saving but still nothing changed.

I know they are linked properly because when I delete "link rel="stylesheet" href="css/main.css" in the .html file everything reverts to "normalize.css" stylings in the preview.

It could be the CSS file you are editing is not being saved to the correct folder? or you are editing a file from a different folder thinking it is the correct file?
