Ruby Building Social Features in Ruby on Rails Creating Friendships More Parameter Modification

Deleting the params[:status] hash if it exists in the params hash

if params[:status].has_key?(:statuses)
   params[:status].delete(:statuses) 
end

I've tried multiple combinations, and I can not complete this basic code challenge. kang kyu lee

Thank you for asking! I tried this code challenge now and 'completed' somehow with this code.

if params[:status]
  params.delete(:status)
end
