Deletion of old tracks plus other new tracks missing from Library

I have completed the Learn Ruby track, yet when I click to my Home, I still have the older and outdated Ruby Foundations track listed. I still haven't figured out how to delete it/remove it etc. Can anyone advise how to remove it?

Also, I noticed that there are many DevTool and Beginner tracks (example: HTMSL/CSS) that I saw the other day when browsing yet when I go to the Library to figure out which track I'm going to do next, there are now tons that are missing. What's going on?

FYI: I'm using mac 10.10.2 with the latest Firefox and Safari browsers (I usually log in with Safari). Please note that I intentionally clear the history/cache every time I close my browser.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
