5,415 Points[DEPRECATION] error when I run rake db:migrate
I keep getting "[DEPRECATION] last_comment
is deprecated. Please use last_description
instead." when I run rake db:migrate -- I'm wondering if I have the wrong version of rails or some gem, but not sure how to check.
This is my gemfile below -- any help troubleshooting this would be appreciated!
gem 'rails', '4.2.7' gem 'sqlite3' gem 'sass-rails', '~> 5.0' gem 'uglifier', '>= 1.3.0' gem 'coffee-rails', '~> 4.1.0'
gem 'jquery-rails' gem 'turbolinks' gem 'jbuilder', '~> 2.0' gem 'sdoc', '~> 0.4.0', group: :doc
group :development, :test do gem 'rspec-rails', '~> 2.0' gem 'byebug' end
group :development do gem 'web-console', '~> 2.0' gem 'spring' end
group :test do gem 'capybara', '~> 2.1.0' end

18,830 Pointsi ran into this same problem. it has been a while but i had to google what the latest versions of the gem installed for my file before i raked. this eliminated the deprecation errors.
I am pretty sure it was the version of rspec that was the issue. Google it to see what the newest version is.
i hope this helps.
