Hi, I have designed a website with photoshop and converted that to html and css using dreamweaver cc using bootstrap elements extensions(dmxzone extension for dreamweaver) layout. currently i am following the tutorial of zac's wordpress theme development. if anyone know please give me some tips and tricks to continue my theme development with dreamweaver cc. I am stuck with linking the css and javascript files via functions.php. i need to know which order i have to use for bootstrap css and js files. please give some solutions. thanks
