28,147 PointsAs far as I know, there isn't a great way to do it. You can, but no official ways to do it, and I think you still need to compile it on a mac to get it into the app store. If you google things like "hackintosh" you'll find articles, there are also tons of Stack Overflow threads on possible solutions, all of them feel "hacky" to me (probably because they are, although I don't even understand the nitty gritty of what is actually being done to the PC).
If it were me, I'd get a refurbished or used, mac mini to develop on if your want to build iOS apps and just be done with it.
Maybe someone can give you more insight, but I believe thats the general answer.

9,393 PointsYeah, it's pretty sweet. May be cheaper in the long run to just buy a Mac, but if you are on a tight budget and can't afford a big purchase like that, this may work for you.
Don't forget to get a developer license from Apple for $99. There is no way around that. And there shouldn't be. Apple has created an amazing platform that is helping usher us into a new era of mobile technology. They deserve honest buyers and users of their products.

4,267 PointsLike J.C. says it would probably be cheaper to buy a mac (in the long run). I just purchased one used with upgraded ram and SSD for pretty cheap.
