Device Chooser

When I run my project no Device Chooser comes up, where can I enable this window?

Hit the button to the left of the 'Run' button and choose 'Edit Configurations'. Then select your app's configuration on the left (it may already be selected), and under 'Deployment Target Options', unselect the 'Use same device for future launches' checkbox.
