Hey Aurelian,

When I finished the crystal ball app I was still very confused and I did not feel like if someone came up too me and asked me to create a random prediction app, I would have not been able too. I think the big reason why I felt that way was because I mostly followed along and for the most part did not really understand some concepts. I tried to re-watch the videos but I could not really get into it. So I started to play around with the code and see what I could do with it.

After a long time of undoing some mistakes I made, I finally set out to make a random number generator. The concept was very simple because their where 4 different categories and when you tapped the button it would generate a random number between the selected category. I tried to submit it to the app store but apple rejected because it was too simple.

So I decided to use my crystal ball app knowledge to create "Random Things" (Yes, I know... Another random number generator) but this time it would be more then a random number generator it would also have a random quote and random fortunes generator. It took a bit of time and a little research but I did it and it should be in the app store in a week or so. All this to say just try to create something with that knowledge. I found that really helped me.

I hope this somewhat answers your question :),

Crystal Ball tells you about the basic building blocks of iOS programming. There is much more to it. I am really hooked in to the course.
