Did you remember to call the assist method on the CustomerSupportRep?

Question

I tried https://teamtreehouse.com/community/does-anyone-know-why-the-system-is-giving-me-an-error-saying-did-you-remember-to-call-the-assist-method , did not help but cnn you help me fix this problem?

Hey Kenzo!

Looks like you're calling assist to me. The only thing I saw was instead of offer I used add for adding the support rep. I got some funky errors here too. No matter, take all the time you need man. It's not like there's a time limit and if there was it'd be detrimental to the learning process, counter productive. Just Don't Stop. I think what I put was something like this.

csr = mSupportReps.poll();
    while ( csr == null) {
      playHoldMusic();
    }
    csr.assist(customer);
    mSupportReps.add(csr);
