Didn't recognize my phone?

I can see my phone on xcode but it won't start loading and I don't know why. I think it's the reason why the 'fix it' won't work. A message pops up saying "No devices registered with member"

Anyone know what to do?

Are you sure your Apple ID you are logged into is the same one that's connected with your Developer Program account?

If you're not yet registered for the Developer Program, you'll need to do so to run your app on a device outside of the emulator.
