Difference between AppID and bundle ID

Hello. when asked for appID, is it the same as bundle ID? com.example.AppName? Reason for asking is am trying to use (https://github.com/ArtSabintsev/Harpy )

and there is

your App ID can be found in the apple developer center (its used for provisioning profiles). your bundle ID can be found in Xcode and it identifies your app.
