Difference between Swift 2.0 Basics and iOS Development with Swift?

I'm currently learning swift and hit seems to cover all the fundamental basics of iOS programming, which makes me wonder, why is iOS Development with Swift 19 hours as opposed to the 2 hours in Swift 2.0 Basics?

As far as I can tell the iOS Development with Swift is a complete track for Swift 1.0 and Swift Basics is just a part of the iOS Development with Swift 2.0 track which is still releasing new courses for it every week so its not complete yet. Hence why one has more content than the other.
