Direct Select Tool On Pixel Grid PhotoShop?

Those anchors are not showing up for me. When she selects the direct select tool?

When you select the direct select tool you wont see anchors until you actually select anchor points. If that makes sense. So once once have the tool selected bring the mouse to an edge of the shape and just click, you should see an anchor appear.

To select multiple anchors hold down shift and select the other edges where anchors would be. In the first instance where she does this in the video she first selects the anchor on the left of that grey line, then holds shift and selects the anchor on the right side.

Hope this makes sense. :)
