Where it says "An inline element will only accept left/right margins and any padding value.", they might mean "and any left/right padding value".

But I can see how it's not entirely clear as-is. You might want to make a bug report to the Support folks and perhaps they can get the Teacher's Notes reworded . And you might get an "Exterimator" badge! :beetle:
