displaying content at different breakpoints

how can l add content to my website made with zurb foundation at different breakpoints. l want to display a different content on small devices.

I can think of a couple of ways although one is a bit messy.

Populate the web page with all the content you want then target your break points with your media queries and to display your properties accordingly use your elements display property.

display: none; 

to remove elements from display with CSS so it does not appear or take up space.

You can also add it dynamically so it content does not appear on markup using

content: "";

But the latter might only be appropriate for adding things like glyphs or small pieces of text. Hope this helps. :)
