Displaying Custom Posts and Fields in a Template

Hi All, I am following the tutorial on How to Build a WordPress Theme... 4:05 mins in to the video "Displaying Custom Posts and Fields in a Template", instead of the desired resoult i am getting message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=>' (T_DOUBLE_ARROW) in C:\xampp\htdocs\WP_test.com\wp-content\themes\wp_test\work.php on line 15

I did checked few times everything seems ok, so i was wondering is someone here could point me in the right direction... Thanks
