Displaying Development Skills

Hi there,

I'm not quite sure how to ask this but I'm trying to advertise my entry-level web development skills. I have my own portfolio site and I want to show other websites I have designed and developed however I don't own any domains for them and they are not live. Is there a way I can put these on an external server or use some site to make this work rather than having a future employer or client download the whole directory to view it? If you need more clarification, please let me know.

Thanks for any input.

If I am not mistaken, you can use Heroku to load your sites to the web and display them for others to view?
