Django vs Rails if (Django or Rails) + Node.js == true

What is the best web framework between Django and Rails that can be used through microservices with Node.js? Supposing you want to make a website with the same type of NoSQL database like MongoDB and want to create a realtime web application using React.js, Angular.js, or Vue.js.
