Do do you duplicate lines so fast?

Is there a shortcut for duplicating lines? I noticed how she is able to do this super fast. Thanks

CMD + D on Mac ~ No need to highlight text you want to duplicate just leave your cursor on the line you want to duplicate below and hold cmd+d.

Sorry for not knowing the windows shortcut.
