Do I have to be using a mac to download xcode onto my computer? I am currently running on windows 7.

Can I get xcode elsewhere for windows 7?

You don´t need a mac, but you do need OSX, and is convenient to have the last release...

X-Code works only on MAC OS X (operating system by apple).
