Do i nedd a mac to program iOS apps?

Yes, you do need one.

You don't but it is more comfortable to have it. And anyways mac > anything else.

Maybe you could use a virtual workspace? There are free programs online that will allow you to create whatever work environment you want to work in. I'm on a PC, and I have to use the virtual space to develop for linux. Treehouse has a virtual workspace, I believe. If you google for it, a ton will pop up. The one I like using is Nitrous.io. The free version limits you to one project at a time, which is fine for me. Check it out.

You most definitely want to use a Mac when programming for iOS with Xcode.
