Do I need to be expert in PHP for making Wordpress themes?

Do I need to be expert in PHP to make WordPress styles and design or do the course of PHP here is enough?

No, you do not have to be an expert. Having the knowledge there is very useful yes but if you have a look around you will find plenty of starting points for building your own themes.

I thing you must be a expert css, php level for a wordpress it's begginer-mediu,intermediete. But exist course how to learn you how make a template.
