Do I need to be in the US in order to signup for the Techdegree program?

Hey,

I've been using Treehosue to study for quite some time now, and I just saw the notification about the Techdegree program. And I'm considering applying.

My Question is... is it only for students who are in the US or ?

I live in Romania.

No, i live in Sweden and i managed to sign up earlier today. So i suppose it should work for Romania too :)
