6,249 PointsDo I need to buy a server or do anything to use AJAX in my own text editor?
I know AJAX works with Workspaces, but do I need to do/get anything for AJAX to work in a separate text editor, like AptanaStudio3?

<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.2.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
Follow the docs on setting up an AJAX reqeust: http://api.jquery.com/jquery.ajax/
