JavaScript Introduction to jQuery Hello, jQuery! The jQuery Object

Do jQuery methods always return jQuery objects or are there exceptions?

Just finished watching Aisha's video on the jQuery object, and she mentions that jQuery methods return a jQuery object...however, I'm wondering if there are exceptions to this. Thanks for clarifying!

Methods and Functions are within an Object. So if you're calling a jquery method it has to return a jquery object. This will become easier to understand if/when you take the Object Oriented JavaScript course
