16,096 PointsDo we need to escape output of hidden form fields for cross sit attacks?
Hello all,
I'm currently working through the 'Enhancing a simple php application' series, and I have a question about cross site attacks. Randy says we need to escape the outputs of the form, but do we also need to escape the output of hidden form elements such as the honey pot designed to catch bots? If a person found that, could they inject code through it?
Cheers!
